We don't buy our Flax from someone else, we grow it all ourselves. This allows us to make sure we are giving you a product we trust.

PROMOTES CARDIO HEALTH
Flax has very high levels of omega-3 fatty acids which help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and improve your cardiovascular health.

COLD MILLED
All of our milled flax seed is cold milled, meaning that the milling blades are not heated up. This makes sure the the essential fatty acids remain intact and your body will get maximum benefit from it.
